Yin Yan

Chairperson, Chief Executive Officer, and President

Ms. Yin Yan has served as our Chairperson, Chief Executive Officer, and President since April, 2024. She also has served as Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary FuAn Enterprise since March, 2023. For approximately eight years, Ms. Yan also has been Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors of Bio Essence Corp. a publicly traded (BIOE) herbal health, diet, and nutrition company. She has over 20 years’ experience in international trade and management and real estate. Ms. Yan has a J.D. degree, an M.B.A. in Technology Management, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, all from the University of New South Wales.

Zhifen (Fannie) Zhou

Chief Financial Officer & Secretary

Zhifen (Fannie) Zhou has served as our CFO since April 2024, and is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. She also works collaboratively within our organization on strategy and M&A. Ms. Zhou serves concurrently as the chief financial officer of our Forest Cabinetry Inc. subsidiary, which she joined in September 2022. Before that, Ms. Zhou was a business owner specializing in international trade and restaurant management. She has more than 20 years’ experience in finance, operations, and management in the United States and China. Ms. Zhou has a degree in Finance from Hang Zhou University of Commerce of China.

Tuan Tran

Chief Operating Officer

As our Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since April 2024, Mr. Tuan Tran’s responsibilities include, among others, production, warehouse and distribution, quality control, customer service, R&D, procurement, human resources, and safety. He also has served as Chief Operating Officer of our subsidiary, FuAn Enterprise, since October, 2023. Mr. Tran has held several key positions in operations management and leadership, including as Chief Operating Officer of Bio Essence Corp. and AMF Pharma. He also served as General Manager at Harmony Health Labs, and as VP of Operations at SK Laboratories. Mr. Tran has over 20 years’ experience in quality control and operations, including extensive knowledge in FDA regulations and food industry regulations and processes, process analytical technology, and Lean Manufacturing. Mr. Tran also specializes in crisis management, regulatory compliance, quality systems implementation, and supplier qualification. He received a B.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University, and holds various certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt and Food Safety. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality.
